Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer pays us a small commission. It costs you nothing extra, and the price you pay is the same as it would be otherwise.
We also refer readers to our sister site, discountsmaniac.com, which keeps working discount codes for many of the brands we write about. Outbound links to that site carry tracking parameters so we can measure how many readers we send.
What this changes about our reviews
Nothing. We choose what to test based on what readers ask about and what we're curious about, not on commission rates. Our recommendation is always the product we'd tell a friend to buy.
When two products are close, we link to both. When the best option earns us nothing, we still link to it and say so.
Gifted products
We buy most of what we test. When a brand lends us a product, we say so clearly on the page and return it after testing. We do not accept payment, gifts or trips in exchange for coverage or a particular verdict.
